The BC Risk Manager will join the Business Resilience department as it grows, scales, and matures the firm's Busines Resilience Program. The BC Manager leads the implementation, management and enhancement of the company's Business Continuity Management program in North America, and coordinates with the European BCM lead on all aspects of the global program. The role requires coordination with Enterprise Risk Management and IT to drive an integrated and cohesive approach to Operational and IT risk management, and firmwide operational resiliency. In addition, the BC Manager will work with business stakeholders to implement and maintain the BCM framework, and in doing so, enhance the Firms ability to identify, respond and recover to disruptions to business operations.
The position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the Firms policies, procedures and documentation related to Business Continuity. The BC Manager will conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) with each Group to identify all functions, facilities, communications, information systems, data, personnel, inter/intra-dependencies required to support continuity of operations, and develop, test and maintain Business Continuity Plans for each Group and Department. This will include inter-company dependencies and resiliency plans where localized operations may be disrupted.
